"[Today] we will return to Portugal, but from there it's onward to Manchester so that Cristiano's ankle can be operated upon.
"He knows that on the 17th he needs to be back in Manchester and the only clear thing is that he has a contract with United.
"He's very calm. He's OK, but the truth is that we can do little. Let's see how it goes."
